insole length is how we size.
= insole length = foot length ( heel to tip of big toe )
+ 0.5 - 1 cm ( breathing room )
Place the heal of your foot against the wall.
mark from the tip of your big toe, then
add a tad more for comfort and you have an insole length.
With your new insole length info in hand, choose your size in cm or inch
Compare that length by the Size Chart as per below; If your foot is large / wide, please select a bigger size.
